TKA’s public hearing service for a change of use and multiple variances of an existing warehouse. The project includes a full exterior and interior renovation of 76,700 S.F. new office building.
By adding an extension and raising the existing roof 9’-0” higher, the new modern office has two floors containing group meeting rooms, a photography studio, a showroom, executive offices, main workstations, and a cafeteria.
