Exterior and interior renovations of building in a prominent location near the George Washington Bridge. The project proposes a new model of rehabilitating our existing urban structures by introducing new programmatic and formal interventions-mixed use building for residential and commercial activities.
Located across the highway, the project relates to the Centennial by translating the spatial, programmatic composition into a single structure. The building is transformed into a microcosm of various programs and users, bridging the gap that was originally disconnected.
