Located in a re-development district of Fort Lee, NJ, 1636 Parker Avenue commercial building is a facade and interior renovation and a conversion of a two-story to three-story mix-used building. Due to the limited budget, the curtain wall facade is applied only to the front elevation of the building and the side brick facade is remained as is. The metal panel applied on the side brick facade continues the front facade design concept and gives accent to the wall.
“Transformation”
This project provided a great transformation to the building to have a more appropriated look and function for the commercial purpose of the building.
